About this Course

The objectives of Public Procurement Procedure course is to familiarize government officials with the principles and objectives of effective public procurement t, prepare and implement procurement plans in a strategic manner, prepare bidding documents including specifications and terms of reference, choose appropriate procurement types and methods, invite bids and undertake evaluation of bids and understand and apply/practice ethics and integrity in procurement.
